Zero. Fast and free shipping Australia-wide, always. At Tapure we don't add shipping fees because we're serious about keeping water filtration affordable for every family.

How long does shipping take?

Typically 3-10 business days Australia-wide. If you're in a major city, expect it closer to 3-5 days. Regional and remote areas may take up to 10 business days. Either way, when purchasing from Tapure your tracking info is always available so you're never left wondering where your order is.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to Australia at the moment. You can contact Tapure Support for any further questions or potential custom international deliveries.

What is your refund policy?
